The PMI® Portfolio Management Professional® credential (PfMP®) defines the global standard of best practices for Portfolio management professionals. This program is intended to enhance the capability of participants to pass the PfMP® certification exam; however, it goes farther than the PMI® standard to explain key portfolio management concepts and best practices, beyond what is described in the PMI® Standard for Portfolio Management Ver 4 (2017). The workshop includes discussion of a core fundamentals of portfolio management as per the standard and beyond the standard as well, including various techniques from 3.0v version which are extremely useful in understanding these principles and explanation of each specific domains along with their interactions within the portfolio management, followed by sample question bank to establish the core understanding on the principles and some case studies on the topics in the study material.

The Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) certification is an advanced certification designed to enable learners to accelerate value delivery at scale by teaching them the mindset, practices, and tools to reduce waste and focus on what matters. This certification is ideal for experienced agile professionals with 3+ years of relevant experience, Disciplined Agile practitioners who hold the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification, Value Stream/Delivery Managers, and Agile Coaches/Consultants. DAVSC can help you and your team by equipping you to tailor an organization’s improvement plan based on their unique needs, including where to start and the pace at which to work. You will learn how to accelerate value delivery at scale and use the Disciplined Agile tool kit to apply a combination of Flow, Lean, the Theory of Constraints, and Organizational Development theories and practices. Additionally, you can train an organization to continue improving on their own.
